This is Stage One of building work, involving services connections to site, digging for concrete footings, laying of footings. This gives the 2.5 metre concrete foundation. Electricity and water services are connected into the foundations. Blockwork is then built on top of this which is eventually filled with concrete to provide the level ground floor base.
