We are an eco company mainly involved in building and architecture, based in London UK. We build new houses, or do refurbishments, renovations and extensions, using sustainable building practices, whilst retaining high quality of design and finish.

If you have a new project, extension or refurbishment that you would like to make eco-friendly, please get in touch via our Contact > page.

The buildings use FSC timber (fully accredited sustainable timber) structures, recycled materials such as composite slates, photo voltaic solar panels, and many other novel features such as green (growing) roofing systems. Projects also involve a public consulation stage.

To see very interesting photos of our current project, have a look at the Image library > on the left side navigation.

Definitions

U-Value is the measure of the rate of heat loss through a material.

SAP is the Standard Assessment Procedure for energy rating of dwellings. It is a calculation of a building's energy efficiency. SAP ratings are scored on a scale from 1 to 120 where 1 is the worst and 120 the best.
Example: a 1960s house has a SAP rating of 30. Pre 1960s even lower, eg 10-15.

The Carbon Index is a measure of the domestic energy efficiency linked to the carbon emissions from a property. It is based on the annual CO2 emission figure calculated in relation to the floor area. The Index is expressed on a scale of 0 to 10, with a higher number representing higher average energy efficiency.
